Prolepsis Institute & Mentality
Within the MENTALITY project, Prolepsis leads the development and implementation of the project Monitoring & Evaluation framework (M&E) and activities. The goal of this work package (WP3) is to ensure that independent evaluation is conducted to assess and analyze the implementation of the project.
Prolepsis also leads work package 5, which focuses on translating the promising practice “My Hero is You” and “Measures to support mental health of migrants and refugees in times of COVID-19” to new contexts, strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders across sectors and countries, and improving processes for the practical implementation of new knowledge in different scenarios. Prolepsis, together with other piloting WP leads and the external evaluators, have developed a situation analysis and needs assessment (SANA) framework, and piloting partners will carry out the SANA and draw their implementation plans.
