Below you can find a series of blogs and short interviews with people talking about their personal experiences with mental health.

Sharing a story about your unique journey with mental health is a great way to encourage others to talk about it as well. We hope this series can help people realise that mental health problems are more common than they think. When more people share their own stories of distress and struggle, and hope and recovery, others can better understand the challenges faced by people with lived experience of mental ill health.

If you would like to share your story, please get in touch via info@mhe-sme.org. Help us spread the word and say NO to stigma and discrimination. Your story counts.
