Each of us is Mental Health Europe’s anti-stigma and discrimination campaign. The main objective of the campaign is to raise awareness of mental health issues. Each of Us seeks to show that mental health problems are more common than we think, and that each of us can be part of the solution in changing minds and ending stigma and discrimination against people living with mental ill health. Each of Us has been replicated in some European countries and is available in 14 European languages. Through publications of myth busters, personal testimonies, work with the media and trainings, the Each of Us campaign aims at ending mental health stigma and combats misconceptions about mental ill health.
