  Matters not covered by these Statutes shall be settled according to the Belgian law of 25 October 1919, amended by the law of 6 December 1954, on international organisations with pedagogical, artistic, scientific, religious and philanthropic objectives.Edinburgh, 4 and 5 July 1998
