VI. Dissolution

• Article 26

  The dissolution of Mental Health Europe - Santé Mentale Europe can only be decided at a Special General Assembly, called for the purpose, and requiring a two thirds majority vote. A quorum shall consist of half the voting members, either present in person or represented.The decision of the dissolution shall be published in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Journal (Moniteur Belge).
