Become involved in the organisation of the MHE Annual Conference 2010!
At the last MHE Board meeting in September 2007, it was decided to link the next MHE Annual Conference, which will be held in 2010, to the Commission proposal to designate 2010 as the European Year of Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion. Taking into account the results achieved so far by the European strategy to fight poverty and social exclusion, the Year is envisaged to serve as an occasion to take stock and highlight the main challenges and obstacles that still need to be addressed across the EU in the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The MHE Annual Conference 2010 would thus focus on topics around the issue of mental health and poverty.
In follow-up of this decision, MHE would very much welcome expressions of interest by those who would like to organise a conference on this topic.
MHE member organisations willing to organise the next MHE Annual Conference should contact the MHE Secretariat by sending an e-mail to info@mhe-sme.org.
We are looking forward to collaborating with you for making this event as successful and participatory as all the MHE Annual Conferences of previous years!
